Estera M. Borcsa Bio

Dr. Estera Borcsa is passionate about peace building on a global level, international law, empowering women and breaking generational curses in children impacted by complex trauma. 

Dr. Borcsa earned her doctoral degree from California Baptist University and focused her dissertation on global diplomacy. Dr. Borcsa built a diplomacy training program called Peace Unleashed based in neuroscience for United Nations member states to help diplomats overcome barriers to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.  Dr. Borcsa Estera earned a master’s degree from University of Southern California (USC) with a concentration in Psychology, Policy and Law. 

As an international ambassador for global change Dr. Borcsa serves as the chair for the Sustainable Development Goals for Mediators Beyond Borders International United Nations Multilateral Working Group. Dr. Borcsa is the director of program for the Inland Empire chapter of United Nations Association. Dr. Borcsa is also on the Executive Board of Directors for United Nations Association Southern California Division working in advancing the world goals locally, nationally and globally. Dr. Borcsa plays a significant role in many diplomatic proceedings and international negotiations with United Nations member states to advance the SDG’s and address human rights violations.  

Dr. Borcsa is a the founder of Teach Train Transform LLC, an international training consortium build to create sustainability for oppressed communities worldwide trough training, education and advocacy. Dr. Borcsa is a licensed psychotherapist, clinical director of intensive mental health programs and adjunct professor at California Baptist University. Estera conducts trainings for law enforcement, FBI field offices, Orange County courts, universities and the International Peace Institute. Estera has earned several awards such as: International Distinguished Women Leader, Peace Builder of the Year, Community Hero and International Impact Leader.
